Activity 1: Form the compound past perfect
Fill in the blanks with the correct form of the compound past perfect tense of the verbs in parentheses.
Eu não estava com fome porque eu já (almoçar).
Nós chegamos atrasadas porque (perder) o ônibus.
As crianças ainda não (tomar) banho quando os pais chegaram.
Quando eu cheguei em casa, minha irmã já (sair).
